Where we deliver

Our active service area is shown at checkout. If your area is not on the list yet, please call us at 8095457581. We may be able to arrange delivery on a case-by-case basis.

How long delivery takes

Most orders are prepared and delivered within 30 to 60 minutes of confirmation, depending on outlet capacity and your location. During peak hours like lunch, dinner, and weekends, it can take a little longer.

We will let you know the expected delivery window when we confirm your order.

Delivery charges

When delivery charges apply, they show up at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery. The threshold and exact fee are shown at checkout.

When delivery fails

Sometimes we cannot complete a delivery. The common reasons are:

• The address you gave is incorrect or incomplete.
• Nobody is available at the address despite a few attempts.
• The recipient refuses to accept delivery without a good reason.

When that happens, we will try one re-delivery. After that, further attempts may carry a re-delivery fee, or we may cancel the order with a partial refund. The original delivery cost is not refunded in those cases.

Damaged or missing items

Pickup and dine-in

If you chose pickup or dine-in at checkout, this shipping policy does not apply. Pickup is from Tavarekere Kengeri Road, near khathija mosque, Thavarekere, Kurubarahalli, Karnataka 562130 during our published hours.
